  Good

  Liked: Decent accomodation about 15 minute walk from Lucca centre. We arrived early and were able to park our car in the parking lot whilst we wandered into town. We were told that check in was a 3:00 and we arrived back at 2:55pm but needed to wait another 10 minutes before being able to go up to the room. Good sized room with a private sauna and jaccuzi in the room...quite interesting. Battled to find out how the sauna worked until I found the instructions on the wall way above eyelevel...once I got the sauna going it was ok. We did not use the jaccuzzi. Breakfast was ok.

  Liked: Great hostess, she preapred a beautifull breakfast and she was the soul of the place. They have a convinent frindge with afordable drinks. Place was clean and tastefully renovated. Good location, walking distance to the city, but be aware there is not a lot of sidewalks in vicinity. Before arival we received message with location and self check in instructions.

  Lovely place, would recommend

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave great arrival instructions. The jacuzzi bath was great, and the shower. We had plenty of towels/pillows. It was within 10 minutes walk to Lucca’s walls. It seemed like a safe area. Lucca is a lovely place.

  Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable. It can be dangerous coming and going down the tiny alley to the car park, especially coming out blind to a busy road.

  Liked: Very kind and derailed welcome - our family room was really lovely. Bedding was great and there was absolutely no noise whatsoever - super quiet.
