Wonderful place, wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast!
Liked: Julia, our host, was so wonderful and made us feel so welcome, comfortable and spoiled. The breakfast was wonderfully prepared each day and we felt very much at home during our stay.
Disliked: The A/C didn’t seem to cool the room at all… thankfully we didn’t need it much.
The best hotel suite ever!
Liked: Stunning suite, excellent staff, beautiful building in quiet central location
Disliked: Nothing!
Wonderful
Liked: One of the best places we have stayed in.location in Lucca is great our room was the junior suite, wow is all we could say.Julia was so helpful and charming made our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be back
Disliked: Nothing it’s excellent
Impeccably clean and welcoming accommodation close to everything with a great comfortable bed
Liked: We loved the cleanliness, the comfortable bed and location.
Disliked: Hairdryer was not effective and it wasn’t clear what room was actually booked as I was told there are a few superior rooms and I didn’t get the style room I anticipated or was sent in confirmation. This was a shame as the rooms differ greatly. They are all lovely but mine was not what I booked.
