Exceptional
Liked: Great position inside the city wall. Wonderful rooms with attention to details with a great staff.
Disliked: Directly underneath the room, there is a bar. Preparations for the opening starts at around 06:15 with opening the roller shutter (inevitably loud)
A lovely property in a brilliant location, with an amazing host!
Liked: The whole set up was just brilliant. A comfy, clean room, a good size bathroom, and plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the kitchen. Loved the cantucci! Lots of business cards for local restaurants
Disliked: Noisier than I had expected at night due to the local bar just below the property. But as it generally got quiet by about 11pm, it was not a problem at all. Just something worth noting
Thoroughly enjoyable
Liked: The host was wonderful, the location was excellent and the accommodation was very comfortable indeed. Would absolutely recommend.

Barbara was a super host. Provided all types of food and breakfast for us. She was wonderful!
Liked: Wonderful! It was cozy and perfect for us.
Disliked: If you are bringing a lot of luggage getting up the stairs is a little challenging.
Outstading support from Debora
Liked: Debora was an angel for us. My wife had a knee problem and she had a need of doctor. Debora helped us to call doctors and borrow us wheelchair and medicine to support the pain. Strong recommend! And Debora was an great support and her kindness is outstading.
Disliked: Nothing
We loved staying at Perle D’Ambra and thought Lucca was gorgeous
Liked: Such a lovely property, room was lovely and Debra was an amazing host. Lucca is a beautiful town with some of the best restaurants, loads of places to visit and would highly recommend the opera in the church of San Giovanni
Disliked: Didn’t cause us any issue but it is a little noisy at night and first thing with the Irish bar and cafe downstairs
