Perfect family exploration and relaxation location
Liked: Wonderful contryside feeling with walkingdistance to the center and city walls. Beautiful big garden and outdoor space for our family to play and relax. Charming home, nearby streets and stores. Very nice and helpful hosts.
Disliked: The pool was closed and it was not mentioned online. We stayed early April. But maybe we should have done more research as it is off-season. So double check this to be sure.:)
A wonderful stay at Villa Camilla
Liked: We loved the villa, it was perfect for our trip, comfortable and clean and such a good location to walk into Lucca. Walter was the perfect host, so helpful and friendly and happy to help us out or offer assistance booking transport. Walter and his Father were also kind enough to drive us to the station. I'd love to come back to Lucca and would definitely stay at Villa Camilla again, we all had such a wonderful time. We were all sad to leave.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like

Liked: It was a lovely location and Walter and his father were very helpful
Disliked: It would have been good to know it backed onto the railway and that there was only air con in one room. It would also have been nice to have a few more glasses and mugs and a microwave but not a necessity.
