  Liked: Everything was fine. Room and breakfast excellent. Perfect location, parking space a real winner. Giusy was absolutely wonderful, we couldn't have felt more at home. We'll certainly be going back.

  Beautiful Tuscan villa stay with all the facilities you would need. We had a memorable Luccan visit

  Liked: Loved staying in this gorgeous villa just outside the historic centre of Lucca. We were glad to have parking and proximity to the centre so that we could visit Lucca without having to worry about parking. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome.

  Liked: Nice staff, parking very save, close walk to the center.

  Disliked: The room had a weird smell, a little moldy, which didn’t go away even after having the window open all night. If you’re a light sleeper, you might have trouble as you can hear the other room as well as the corridor clearly. For us it was no problem though
