Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful location. Beautiful building, however totally misled on the interior which did not come close to corresponding with the advertised furnishings.
Disliked: Gardens around pool unkempt, owner finally addressed this after 2 days. Front door broken so unable to use under instructions from owner. Vans and cars pulling up and loading up and taking away lemon trees from outside the front of the property. One of the showers was broken (replaced by owner after complaint). All the art work shown in pictures of the villa had been removed (bare walls). Furniture shown in advertisement all appears to have been removed and replaced with sparse mismatched furniture. Pool had green mold around edges and water was not very clean. Owner said he would get caretaker to clean the pool which never happened.

Beautiful garden to rest and a charming old Tuscan Villa interior
Liked: The house has a very charming interior with an old italian style. The outside it beautiful due to the big garden and the very nice and refreshing pool. The location is also good, close to the city and a supermarket.
Disliked: The bedrooms very overall nicely furnished but some unfortunately very quite cheaply furnished but overall still fine. The housekeeping was unfortunately not aligned with the overall service offering as it stated that it would come daily. Nevertheless once we asked for it, our rooms were cleaned.
