Exceptional
Liked: Nice big room and comfy bed! Great breakfast, good staff, just good!
Disliked: A little bit out of town.
Liked: Lovely staff Comfortable bed and room
Disliked: Not really a spa.
Welcoming staff, close to the city center, GREAT BEDS!
Liked: This was our second time staying here and we loved it even more. The staff welcomed us with prosecco, cookies, and wrote us the sweetest handwritten letter thanking us for returning. The beds and pillows here are the best! Truly the most comfortable beds out of anywhere we had stayed. We got great sleep, perfect for giving us the energy needed to run the wall in the morning. The breakfast was a very nice touch and how close the hotel is to walking into the city center. We booked this place because they offer parking and it’s nice to be just outside the wall for a quieter experience. We look forward to returning next year!
Disliked: Nothing! We loved everything!
Immaculately maintained property
Liked: Loved the private garden grounds and intimate breakfast room overlooking the garden. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Older home but well maintained and clean.
Liked: Real gem! Very clean, open, spacious areas, outside seating. Great breakfast too! Love ved this place.a Highly recommend
Disliked: Really nothing we didn't like.
Lovely hotel, well located…our second stay was however disappointing compared to the first
Liked: Well located hotel Amazing Japanese restaurant along the road NIDA but be sure to book Staff were good at communicating on WhatsApp
Disliked: We booked a deluxe room this time - listed as larger etc but got exactly the same size room in the floor above. I raised this and was told it wasn’t the same - it was exactly the same footprint etc so I was disappointed by this We were checking out the following morning before breakfast would be served so we asked for a breakfast box (the hotel offer this) and was told it would be brought to us the night before. We got nothing - again disappointing
