Liked: Very nice, little B&B. Great value and fantastic, friendly service, right from our early arrival!

  Mantova, a ri verside town

Liked: B&B with real breakfast. NOT some croissants and biscuits from the supermarket. REAL fresh breakfast, really good coffee, fresh rolls, preferred croissants. While registering, she asked what we liked to have and in the morning it was there. I only vaguely remember that sort of service from b&b's in the UK 30, 40 years ago.

Disliked: That the owner, Frederica, was not in town, so we could not tell her in person how much we liked it to have stayed there.

Good location, nice room, cooperative hosts. Recommended!

Liked: This B & B in the historic section is well located, wifi works well, and the modern apartment is appealing. Bike storage in the apartment building lobby was quick ‘n’ easy, and we assume secure. BK included French style croissants, cold cuts, scrambled eggs per our request, fruit juice. Served at 8 per our request, also. Very good overall, recommended!

Liked: Academia 21 has a perfect location where you are accepted by a friendly mrs. Federica who informs you about the b&b and gives brief info of what to see in Mantova. And asks what would you like to have for breakfast which is served by a very kind staff and everything is all right!

Extremely comfortable room. Welcoming and really helpful personnel

Liked: Very friendly and competent personnel. An employee was present at our arrival and gave us lots of information about not only the facilities, but also about the city. The facilities were exceptionally good: Very nicely furnished, safe available, excellent lighting, electric roller blinds, and even a USB socket for charging the phone. During breakfast, another employee was at our disposal, preparing the coffee and providing us with the food that we ordered the evening before. And there was no need to do the registration online: the employees took care of it at our arrival.

Disliked: I really cannot complain about anything.
