  Liked: Excellnet location, a short walking distance from Mantova centre, the Basilica, the main palace, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was clean, quiet, and confortable.

  Disliked: The third bed was in the open plan kitchen/lounge. The other side of the flat's central location was that it was in a pedestrian zone, so our taxi from Verona airport had difficulty getting us close to the flat: forewarning of that would have been helpful for us to advise our driver.

  Liked: Great location directly in the city centre. The host provided us with a second key upon our request. Everything was very smooth.

  Local vibe apt

  Liked: Super nice apt with the local vibe! Large and spacious. Everything was well managed. Just for parents with small kids: can be noisy during the night in the living room, bedrooms are ok (better windows) + steep staircase into the flat.

  Three beds, but not equal

  Liked: Vèry nice hosting family. Fair value. Great location to enjoy historic sites and good restaurants.

  Disliked: Apartment is traditional family housing, so one master bedroom with en suite, one small bdrm and a living room partitioned with a shielded but not private bed. A small, common bathroom serves as the bathroom for those not in the master suite. I booked for two adult friends. One had a great experience and the other felt like he was a child in a home. Not a good experience. The hotels.com description was not clear enough for me to realize this was the wrong location for us.
