  Great location, fantastic vintage styling in historic apartment

  Liked: We loved the vintage styling in this apartment. We had a great stay - spacious and comfortable bed, great sofa and arm chairs in the living room, well appointed kitchen with breakfast provisions provided. Easy walk into historic centre. Quiet street which ensured a good night’s sleep. We were very happy with our choice of accomodation.

  A good stay in Mantua

  Liked: The house was historical but newly renovated, just a few minutes away from the old city

  Disliked: Keep in mind that it has been renovated following the original structure so the bathroom is splitted into two separated rooms distant from one another

  Retro sweet design centrally located but with downsides

  Liked: Good location, very sweet inner yard, equipped with jams and cookies kitchen, clean and retro design.

  Disliked: In early March with temperatures below 5 degrees at night and 10 degrees at day radiator heating worked 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening, so room temperature would not go above 17 degrees. AC when put on 25 did not raise the temperature. Playing with the thermostat sadly did not help. It was extremely cold. Sensitive sleepers should be aware. No darkening curtains in the bedroom and the outer wooden sheds when closed allow quite some light in given that the bedroom faces a street with lights at night on. The street is small, but rather busy with cars going way louder than one can expect due to the cobble rock road. The mattress was most budget thin foam.
