  Liked: The location is the only thing.

  Disliked: Terrible for the price you paid. No, I don't recommend it at all. Terribly hot and the air conditioner did not work, the TV didn't work, the light didn't work, and on top of that, it was terribly noisy, as downstairs is a bar and the room opens to the outside. It isn't a bed, it’s just a broken sofa. Not worth it at all.

  Disliked: I got very sick due to there being no air conditioning, it must have been a fault with the building because we walked into every room you could just get into them by the way nobody was there to specify what room you were supposed to take no was this included in the booking information. It was so warm in the room that when we woke up gasping for water, the water had gone very warm, we had to sleep on damp towels and leave the shower running all night and cold to add some moisture into the air. On a few occasions, we had to leave the room because it was so warm and stuffy that it felt like one of us was going to faint. It got so bad that we did not even complete our final night in there, we packed up and went to a much better hotel that we informed about her fortune and the staff in our new hotel took it upon themselves when we had settle down to come and ask us if the Aircon was working okay and if we were happy with our room because they could see how poorly I was and bedraggled we were, this was supposed to be our honeymoon. When we try to take this up with the property on the first night to ask them why the air-conditioning system wasn’t working the number that they provided for WhatsApp was not the correct number. There seem to be a lot of different numbers all over the place on Google and one of the direct numbers provided got us into contact with a windows and doors manufacturer, either these were the people who run the Casa Valentina and they were lying to us. It was genuinely the wrong number. When I tried to contact Casa Valentina on WhatsApp, they blocked me, when I tried to text him I got no response. I finally emailed them telling them that if I didn’t get a full refund that I would be contacting the health executive in Italy in the local council to get them shut down because this place is not fit for purpose.

  Worst place to stay în Mantova

  Liked: The booking informations were corect. Adresa, location.

  Disliked: As we arrived, the heathing wasn't working, I tried the telephone contact and nobody responded, I wrote a message. The said that they arrive to rezolve, they didn't, untill we left. It was an attitudine of dissrespect and I recomand nobody to go there. I got a coldness from the first day.
