Great apartment in a great location

Liked: The property is amazing. Very clean and spacious. Situation was perfect for walking everywhere. Supermarket under the apartment plus cafe nearby. Would recommend highly.

Disliked: The wifi was the worst we had experienced in two months of travelling in Italy.

Liked: central location and very spacious

Disliked: slight hassle with the final arrangements to confirm our stay which led to disclosing personal details on whatsapp which would rather not have done so

  Disappointing

Liked: The building is in an extremely convenient location: right next to the university (a 2-minute walk) and close to the city center (a 5/10-minute walk). It is fully furnished and very spacious.

Disliked: I found a few problems with the apartment that made my stay less comfortable. From the bedroom with the double-sized bed, I could clearly hear the neighbors and their TV at night. They weren’t screaming; there just isn’t any good noise insulation. Moreover, the double-sized bed consisted of two single mattresses that didn’t even align properly. The bathtub drain didn’t work well, causing water to accumulate. The apartment was in general quite cold. The host communicated with us only remotely. We couldn’t have a second set of keys, and the building was accessible only with an internet connection, making us dependent on our phones' batteries. These main issues were accompanied by some minor inconveniences, such as the absence of body shower gel and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper provided, despite the very high cleaning fees.
