A great central location, very comfortable room and bed

Liked: It was a comprehensive breakfast and we enjoyed it.

Disliked: There were a lot of rules and, at times, we were unaware that we were breaking them until we were reprimanded. We felt the staff approached us (and we witnessed this with other guests) with a deficit mindset, that is, they were expecting us to do something wrong and were ready to correct us.

  Ideal stay!

Liked: This hotel is right in the action. 2 minutes from the Duomo and palace. We had a comfortable room, good choice for breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Mantova is lovely place to visit- would recommend a trip on the lakes too. This is a perfect hotel for a stay in the city.
