  Definitely recommend

  Liked: Location perfect. Close to main sites but on a quiet street; staff extremely helpful, kind & friendly. Glass refillable water bottles are available for guest use while staying which we loved; we refilled our own bottles, but love the idea to discourage buying water in plastjc bottles. Continental b’fast varied - cereal etc, pastries, great coffee machine & a kettle if you want tea. Room was spacious & comfortable, with kettle & coffee machine. Good shower & toiletries; a/c jyst about adequate, but it was VERY warm when we stayed.

  Disliked: Bad a bit too small for my tall husband! 😆

  If visiting Mantova again, I would certainly return to this friendly, well-managed hotel

  Liked: Super central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the small size of the hotel (10 rooms, I believe) which made the whole experience feel personal rather than corporate. The cleanliness was outstanding and the breakfasts delicious.

  Disliked: There was some evening noise from nearby bars and restaurants (because it is so central) but this did not go on late and did not disturb sleep for long.
