  Wonderful design, friendly and helpful owner, easy check in. Can’t recommend enough esp if you are on a honeymoon or som

  Liked: Even though I have traveled a lot and when I was a kid I visited a lot of very expensive places, the stunning beauty of this place shocked me upon entering the apartment. Not only the design was good, the space was exceptionally clean, I haven’t found anything dirty in the entire apartment. It looks like the should have cost me 5x the price. Also came with a bunch of kitchen supplies (oils, vinegars, sauces and etc). And it’s located 10 minutes max by foot from the very city center.

  Disliked: Since its a historic building installing a powerful ac unit is complicated, thus it was a little hot in the evening after the house soaked all of the July sun in, but it wasn’t something 5 minutes of opened windows couldn’t fix so I slept in perfect temperature anyway

  Very nice location to visit Mantova

  Liked: The location is very convenient if you wish to visit Mantova. It is a very nice apartment on three floors (we used only two floors though), very well organized and cosy. All you need for preparing a breakfast or a quick dinner is available, which is just what we needed. It was very convenient to have also a place to keep our bikes inside, and we were lucky to have a parking place just in front of the entrance (for the parking you have to pay a daily fee of 6,5 Euro). We were received by the owner, it was a very good experience, he gave us information and tips for our visit. Check out was very uncomplicated.

  Disliked: The windows are just on the street side, which can be a bit noisy during weekdays. During the night it was not so bad. The ground floor is a bit dark, especially during these days at the end of October, but we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day.

  Beautiful authentic italian house

  Liked: The architectural details characteristic of Italy, I liked the fact that it is an authentic house on a quiet street. It is true that there is cubic stone on the street and passing cars make noise, but very few cars pass, it is an quiet area. We had all the facilities we needed, the kitchen is equipped with coffee machine and coffee plus the basic ingredients needed for cooking.

  Nice accommodations with responsive hosts - but persistent mosquitos

  Liked: Large living space and principle bedroom. Second bedroom is an open loft on 3rd floor. Host was responsive to requests or issues arising. Decent location, about 15 minute walk to centre.

  Disliked: Mosquitos! Even with windows closed, got bitten in the middle of each night.
