  Good apartment

  Liked: A beautiful appartment that was also very comfortable. We were equidistant for Palazzo Te and the old town, walking distance to supermarkets and a very good restaurant. Bus stops were close too.

  Disliked: The mokka pot sometimes produced coffee, other times not. We've used one at home and at other properties, no bother, so who knows what was wrong with this one. There was a very good coffee machine on the ground floor for everyone to use but someone took all the coffee pods on Saturday and none were provided for the time we were there. The stairs mean this apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

  Lovely spacious apartment about fifteen minute walk from Mantua old town

  Liked: Lovely spacious apartment and very clean, large shower with plenty of hot water. Plenty of storage/hanging space. We didn't use the kitchen except to make tea and coffee but it was fine for that. Beautiful building which has been immaculately renovated with original details preserved sensitively. Chiara was super helpful whenever we need help with anything which made our stay very enjoyable. Palazzo Te park area is lovely to visit and busy on a Sunday afternoon with cute cafes.

  Disliked: The mattress on the bed wasn't the most comfortable - it would benefit from a topper. Parking on the nearby streets works out about 8.50 euros a day although Sundays the side roads were free. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the centre and there isn't much close by.

  Wonderful experience

  Liked: Absolutely beautiful house, the host Chiara was so helpful. My room was spacious and the bathroom too. I appreciated the complimentary coffee machine in the living area. The location is excellent.

  Disliked: For me the bed was a bit on the hard side.
