  Liked: The location was very good, easy short walk to town centre. Apartment was clean,facilities were excellent cannot think of anything that was lacking. Host Alina was great, easy to contact, very helpful and friendly. It made our stay very enjoyable and would recommend Alina and the apartment to anyone looking for a great stay.

  Spacious plase with excellent location

  Liked: The host is a very nice lady who helped us with checkin, room is at HUGE size and even with piano in it! We've lost our glasses in the apartment and the host helped to send back to our country, what a relief! Overall it was a very nice experience staying at Residenza Tosca and look forward to come back to Mantova soon!

  Great but a couple of niggles

  Liked: Spacious apartment with air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was welcome in the high temperatures. Great shower once we worked out how to use it (some basic instructions would have been useful as we were unfamiliar with this type of shower)! Great location, a short stroll from all the main attractions. The host was very communicative, replied quickly to all queries, and gave some great information on restaurants, cafés etc. Fabulous deli on the ground floor, and lovely little café next to it for breakfast.

  Disliked: The bed in the front bedroom had polyester sheets, which had become "bobbly" and were therefore uncomfortable and scratchy, especially in the heat. Luckily we found some cotton sheets, which made for a much more comfortable sleep. The "3rd" bedroom is actually 2 small single beds at one end of the (huge) living room. This was not a problem in itself for us but a screen or some sort of divider would have been welcome, and would have provided a little privacy.
