  Liked: Convenient location, interesting bath, clean decor

  Disliked: Very strong perfume type smell which we could not getrid off. Owner contacted and we were told was the floor cleaner, so we ended up breathing strong chemical odours all night. Not much sleep had. Have to move your car before 10am

  Liked: Very polite stuff, assisting with smile in all maters. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. The room was the perfect combination of old Matera architecture with modern, light and very practical design. I am stringky recomanding this accomodation:-) Thanks for your hospitability.

  A quiet residence but close to the Sassi

  Liked: The location was spot on as we knew. 60m from the northern end of the Sassi and only 5mins from Piazza Vittorio Veneto. And the Cremeria Dell Angelo (next to San Francesco Da Paola on XX Settembre). The area was quiet as it's inside the ZTL. We picked this residence because it was close to our friends apartment but we were very happy with our room and would definitely stay there again.

  Disliked: The main door was a little loud when it shut to. But it only disturbed us once during our stay but it was only around 22.00.

  Liked: Right next to the best spot for a panorama of Matera and can easily access to main train station. Highly recommended considering the interior design, the location and the price.
