  A perfect spot for a Matera adventure

  Liked: The hosts were fantastic and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The whole Matera experience was brilliant and the accommodation was an extension of the old village experience. Fantastic location. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: Parking can be difficult, but the hosts did their best to help us out with where to park. They advertise free toiletries, but there isn't much in the rooms.

  Wonderful

  Liked: We loved everything about this property. The location was wonderful, room was spacious and bathroom was also a nice size. Breakfast had everything and also there was a terrace with chairs and tables to sit outside for breakfast or later to enjoy a glass of wine over looking the city. The staff was also so incredibly helpful, started with checking in and parking our rental car m, helping with our luggage upstairs and great recommendations. Very warm and inviting!

  Il Belvedere checks all the boxes!

  Liked: Staff was excellent. Thank you David, for your thoughtful, helpful guidance in helping us to park our rental car, restaurant recommendations, and driving directions. Breakfast was excellent: nice variety, very good quality. The view from the outdoor patio was terrific. Our room was spotless, with everything for a comfortable stay.
