Fabulous
Very disappointing
Liked: Breakfast not applicable. Location good
Disliked: Room very small, no room for luggage. No facility for clothes except for hangers too high to reach. What was the point of having a microwave and fridge when there was no cutlery or china. Air conditioning unit took up too much room and was very noisy. Water conservation seriously reduced effectiveness of the shower. Shower head fitting faulty. Lift takes 68 seconds to reach 3rd floor. TV doesn't work
Pleasant
Liked: Location good. Decor minimilist
Disliked: Kettle and teatowel would have been useful.
Awesome! Would stay again!
Liked: Location was perfect! Within walking distance from train station and to the downtown. Room was clean and big. Area was quiet
Satisfactory basic accommodation for a short stay in Modena
Liked: The accommodation is comfortable although very small.
Disliked: Given that there is no room for plates and other kitchen equipment it seems pointless and misleading to take up very limited space with a microwave cooker. Coffee machines are different and use a different type of pod in every place one stays in Italy nowadays and it would be helpful if the hosts related the number of pods provided to the length of stay. Street noise at night.
Acceptable
Liked: Location fairly near the centre
Disliked: Tiny room in the attic,no natural light in the bathroom.
We had a lovely stay in Modena. We felt comfortable in the apartment, the neighborhood, and the city
Liked: The location is excellent. The building and the apartment are very clean. We felt safe and the apartment was quiet.
Disliked: The kitchen could use a small sharp knife for cutting fruits and veggies. The cap on the toilet flusher is loose and prevents the flusher from working. It would be nice to have more comfortable chairs at the table for reading, writing, etc.
