  Great!

Liked: We had the most wonderful stay in Modena due to this beautiful appartment in the best location of the city! The flat is super clean, with all the needed facilities one could wish for and the host is absolutely charming and caring. Thank you very much!

Nice appartement, the host not very hospitable and I guess not experienced in having guests

Liked: The appartement is really nice - well furnished, clean and in the nice area.

Disliked: We had misunderstanding with the owner: I traveled with my teenage son, booked the appartement because it has 2 separate beds. When we arrived it turned out only one bed was prepared, with one duvet to share and the rest of the equipment was locked in the wardrobe and there was no key to it. The owner was not kind at first, but sent the housekeeper next day, and the second bed was arranged. We got a bottle of wine and a box of pastry as an apology. Apart from that, there were 2 coffee capsules and one toilet paper. Never seen sth like that on Booking before. Lack of hospitality.

Overall, would stay here again, nice apartment

Liked: Nice, modern and clean apartment. Good hot water. Breakfast was some croissants, rusks and spreads which was adequate. Good value for money. Nice stay.

Disliked: Quite a few steps to go up, especially with suitcase. Outside street of apartment looked dodgy, but was safe inside. No views from the window.

Liked: It was very well-equipped and we were very satisfied with the comfort and the cleanliness of the apartment. The check-in and checkout went very smoothly and the host is also very helpful! It is very close to a parking area and to the city center as well.
