Exceptional
Liked: The space was very cozy and welcoming. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, recommended a restaurant close to the accommodation, and even made a reservation for us — the food was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent, everything was homemade, including delicious cakes and pastries, and we really enjoyed our conversations together. Thank you, everything was absolutely wonderful!
Excellent option for staying in Modena - especially if you have a rental car
Liked: The room was great, the breakfast exceptional. Gianna and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. Everything on the (lavish) breakfast is home made & delicious. Since we had a car, it helped that the place had plenty of parking spots - finding public parking in Italy is hard. The location is quite good - between Modena and Maranello.
Disliked: Nothing, it was a great place

Great Italian hospitality, excellent breakfast!
Liked: The B&B was so quaint and charming. The owners took great care in attending to every detail. It’s located in a very quiet residential section of Modena. Beautiful property with lots of birds. The breakfast was amazing! And the location was a quick train ride to the historic center of Modena. It was a great retreat for us, especially coming from visiting the busy and crowded city of Rome.
While the building and the room are great, it was the hosts that made our stay exceptional! The food, amazing! She als
