Definitely recommend Badia! Would stay here again if we come back
Liked: You cannot beat the location of this apartment in Modena. The duomo and city center is right around the corner and market a short 5 minute walk. The host was very accomodating and contact was exceptional. The host registered our rental car to be allowed into the ZTL, but underground parking was also very convienent and close by. Air Conditioning during Italy's heat wave was also appreciated.
Disliked: The apartment was clean, but some mold was in the washing machine's detergent tray.
A very good place to stay in Modena
Liked: The place was very close to the places we were planning to visit. It was clean and charming. The host was responsive and helpful.
Disliked: The building - but its state is not something the owner has control over.

Liked: First of all, Claudio is an amazing host! Very helpful and friendly! We loved the property, right in the city center, if you come by car you also get a pass to park in the city center (mind you, it’s still busy!) apartment is lovely and very cute.

Great stay in lovely Modena
Liked: This cute and cosy apartment is located right near the centre of Modena and 10mins walk from the train station. The Badia 8 building retains much of its original elements and has an interesting history. The apartment itself is comfortable (it is up a few flights of stairs for those that may have mobility issues) and has everything you need for a short stay. Our host Claudio was very thoughtful and provided information and recommendations on restaurants nearby (also left some treats for us to snack on in the interim) His communication was also excellent.
