Guest reviews
Very good
Good location and good staff
Liked: Good staff nice location
Disliked: Breakfast
Great location and staff with car parking
Liked: Very convenient location although took a bit of finding in the car as the route to the hotel car park was closed. It took a while to figure out that you needed to drive the the adjacent square and then down a paved pedestrian area. We only saw the signs after the event! Staff were great and helpful.
Disliked: Perhaps sending people a sketch map of how to get to the hotel might be useful (Google maps was clueless) Parking expensive.
Good location
Liked: Location is great and staff are helpful
Disliked: No sound proofing. I could hear people at the reception. If someone above me was having a shower, i could hear it. Basically hear everyone outside the room.
Excellent Experience
Liked: We were on a bicycle trip and stayed one night at Best Western Hotel Libertà. The check-in was easy and efficient. The woman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. They had a secure garage in which we could park our bicycles. Our internet connection was rock solid and fast. The breakfast was superior.
Liked: Every thing was great. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room was decent. Nice big window..great shower pressure and hairdryer.
Disliked: Mini bar prices!
Liked: We like the lociation. The best located hotel in Modena and the staff was very kind. They helped us about everything.
