Exceptional
Liked: The location was ideal! 15min walk from the train station and right in the heart of a number of piazzas. Surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Top floor apt so had a great view of the streets below while being far enough removed to not be too noisy. The lift is small and slow but a great help for anyone with mobility issues or to get suitcases up to the apartment.
Disliked: Maybe a blind or curtain on the window of the bedroom at the top of the stairs would be good but other than that it was great.
Liked: A luxurious, fully equipped apartment in the center of a new building with all the amenities you could wish for. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area where you can have a wonderful time. Our whole family was delighted with the apartment and the location.
Perfect apartment in a beautiful old town
Liked: Wow! Old town Modena is beautiful and so is the apartment. So glad we extended our stay by a night. The apartment is so clean and spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Location absolutely spot on. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing not to like
Liked: The property was excellent – a stylish, modern apartment equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt both welcoming and relaxing. Simone, the host, was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Liked: Location, space, kitchen facilities
The apartment that feels like a home
Liked: Perfect location, wonderful flat. Everything was 100% clean and modern. The host was very helpful with practical questions and local recommendations. Close to the heart of the city, yet quiet enough for a great sleep.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
