Expensive price for self catering accommodation, excellent location, accommodating host

Liked: The hosts were lovely, accommodating and responsive over WhatsApp. We were looking forward to making our own breakfast - they had all the cooking supplies eg. Electric hob, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine, coffee. Great location, very quiet, 5 min walk to the main square.

Disliked: The price was a bit too high, considering it is a self serve apartment. The A/C is in a weird location under a window so it doesn’t really circulate around the room properly. Bed is uncomfortable

A pleasant stay in an apartment with character

Liked: Apartment located in a quiet part of the old town, close to tourist attractions, great base for trips to car museums. Well-kept apartment, kept in an old style, comfortable mattress and pillows. Fully equipped kitchenette, delicious coffee.

Disliked: Small bathroom, shampoo and shower soap in large bottles without a dispenser (inconvenient and unhygienic dosing). In the apartment you can hear everything that happens on the staircase and the loud closing and opening of the entrance door to the building. Big problem with finding a parking space, additionally all parking spaces are paid.

  Superb

Liked: The apartment is amazing 🤩, so comfortable and cozy at the same time! The kitchen is totally equipped with everything necessary. It’s very bright, modern and warm apartment with amazingly friendly and helpful host ☺️ There were enough towels in the bathroom, washing equipments, coffee capsules, tea, compliment first breakfast))) Modena is beautiful and cozy Italian city, which should be visited for sure.

  Disliked: Everything was great 👍
