If you don't mind climbing the stairs, it's a very nice one
Liked: Good instructions for check-in. A clean, compact room with an effective air conditioning. Quiet. Good location.
Disliked: Very small fridge. Fourth floor, no elevator.
Liked: Great location and aircon worked fantastic. No issues with street parking just around the corner.
Disliked: Be mindful no elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Where the unit was as shown in the listing the other issues mentioned above makes it so I wouldn’t recommend it to other
Liked: The location was good. Close to free parking and also the center of Modena.
Disliked: The outside of the building made it almost look abandoned. There was graffiti on the walls.The rest of the neighborhood didn’t have this issue. Also the stairwell looked rough. Poor lighting and other units with boarded up entrances. Also I saw no mention in the listing mentioning the unit was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The TV didn’t work and the front lock to the building stopped functioning during the stay.
Totally overpriced for the quality and maintenance of the property
Disliked: It was fourth floor walk up, no elevator which it does not advertise. The door to my room didn’t have a handle so I couldn’t almost never closed, leaving my room in the belongings accessible. That was a shower, which was an inconvenience and uncomfortable.
