Fabulous
An experience about living in an appartment which we were not used to and to far from Modena
Liked: The hotel(appartmment) was adequate, though not cosy. It turned out to be an appartment, which we did not expect, but had all the necessary facilities.
Disliked: we don't like to live in an appartment, but more impotant is that we did not expect to find the hotel far outside Modena. May be our own fault. All together the experience was not bad.
It feels like home out of home 👍
Liked: Staff were very professional and place was super clean.
Disliked: None
Excellent value and amenities!
Liked: The receptionist Jessica was the BEST part of our stay! She gave us directions to the market, helped us translate and pay a parking ticket we received in Bologna, Harold us the best parking garage to visit Modena city center and even offered to come make us an early breakfast (we declined her offer!) She was always kind, friendly and professional. We also loved the spacious apartment and enjoyed wine on the balcony as we listened to the birds and watched the sunset. It was a perfect place to relax after a hot and busy day! And the price! Great value!
Disliked: We had to use shampoo and a bath towel to wash kitchen dishes. Kitchen soap & towels would be nice.
Good value
Liked: Staff was very kind and professional, provided great support and hospitality. Room was huge, kitchen was great and well equipped.
Disliked: Breakfast was not the best - very limited selection, no eggs (only thing lacking)
Good
Liked: I liked much the cleanliness of the room and the atmosphere especially the staff that named Ria, her service to us is excellent💯
Disliked: The personal hygiene aren't enough and there's no container to put them on it to look very organized for me wasn't good to see the sink messy maybe I'm not use to it and in the kitchen atlis one towel for drying the hands just for instant use temporarily but the rest are good
Comfy, clean place with wonderful staff
Liked: Large and comfortable rooms
Disliked: Breakfast leaves a lot to wish for
