I didn’t stay and booking didn’t help me at all horrible experience

Liked: Horrible building. Horrible check in times. Drug addicts breaking into cars out front. This building is a scam.

Disliked: This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not recommend it. The check-in time was not until 6:30 PM, which is the latest check-in I have ever experienced. When I tried to contact the manager by phone, she hung up on me twice which was pretty rude. After waiting for more than three hours in the heat with nowhere to leave the luggage i was late for the event i came for. And that's not even mentioning the cleanliness issues: the pillowcases were dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
