  We had a great time while we were there, the staff was great. There is a resturant below the rooms

  Liked: The service we recieved the whole time we were there, very kind and helpful.

  Disliked: There were a couple of things taht were broken in one of the rooms we stayed in, the door in the kitchen, we were not sure where that led to but when we tried to open it the door came out of the frame work. The door where maybe a dumb waiter was loacted would not stay closed, that was in the bathroom.

  Nice apartments in the city center

  Liked: Nice, quiet old but very tidy and stylish apartments. Right in the city center. The host was very helpful, friendly and gave all information what we needed. Bed were comfortable.

  Disliked: Breakfast was delivered to the room but it was a little later than requested, juice was not pleasant, no milk for the tea

  Liked: Location, interior design, facilities! It has superb value for price, and it was really cool to be there!

  Disliked: Toilet seat was cracked, so I got pinched 😅 Bed sheets were clean but had a smell of dump clothes, like when you forget to dry something you washed...

  Historic building with potential, accommodating host

  Liked: This could be a great little hotel but it is in dire need of refurbishing. The staff were wonderful, the town beautiful, and the B&B was in a quiet, small courtyard a short distance form the main duomo. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our room and we were given a queen room although I was traveling with my adult son. The host did offer to immediately to clean the other room, but we were hot and tired and the room we were given had a wonderful view of the piazza. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was a nice touch.

  Disliked: Many little things affected the stay such as broken items, furniture that needed repaired, torn upholstery, nearly nothing in the kitchenette as far as even silverware. I don't know the situation, but the host was working on another room during our stay and it seemed as though they were in the process of fixing the issues with the property.
