This B&B is not to distant from Modena centre. Well served with buses if you need to live around. Overall a great st

Liked: The room was very nice and very clean. It has all the essential that you need. There is no kettle for tea and coffee, just to manage English customer’s expectations but there us a mini fridge with water.

Disliked: Unfortunately the mini fridge attached to the wall started to make terrible noise at 4am. Despite checking plugs I couldn’t find any to switch off so I lay for an your awake from its annoying sound.

Liked: We missed breakfast We liked the room very much, however the controls for heat was not very clear for us. We made the temp so hot that we needed to open window which then gave us outside noise to deal with.

  Disliked: See above
