Exceptional
Excellent apartment in city center
Liked: Nice apartment on the second floor in the city center and 15 minute walk from the train station. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing Machine. Bedroom has a big comfortable bed, there's a big TV with many options and a spacious bathroom. For a great - huge - pizza I can really recommend pizzeria Michele on the side of piazza G. Matteoti.
Comfort in an excellent location
Liked: This apartment is in a quiet location near the station (1.2 km by foot) and the historic centre (300-400 m by foot). There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is close to the historic fresh food market and the COOP (local supermarket). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is tastefully but functionally furnished. There is air conditioning and heating if needed. The washing machine, drying rack and iron was a bonus. Antonio is kind and very helpful and available if any assistance is needed. I would stay here again. 10/10

Liked: Everything is new and fresh. I really liked the size of the apartment: lots of space and fresh air. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights, as well as the bus and train stations. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, both beds are large and comfortable. Antonio is always in touch and helps with all questions and concerns.
Liked: Great location, it was perfect.. 2 minutes into central Modena..
Disliked: Maybe some cleaning products under the sink would have been handy.
Liked: Helpful English speaking host who lives on site. Delightful modern apartment in an ancient building in the heart of the old town giving a real sense of living in the community. One minor problem was dealt with immediately.
