Liked: Great location, excellent communication with owner. Well appointed and comfortable.
A night in Modena
Liked: The apartment itself was lovely. It had a very homely feel to it and the kitchen was functional. It is on a quiet cobblestone street and you can pull up out the front to unload next to the door. You can't park on the street but inside the apartment we found a ticket for free parking in the blue spaces around the city and were able to park the car close. Itwas a very beautiful part of town.
Disliked: The apartment is on the third floor and there was no elevator. The walk with suitcases up the three flights of stairs was not easy or pleasant. If you park light it would be fine. We also found one bed was really soft and one was very squeaky. Overall though it was a delightful place to stay.

Liked: Nice modern apartment in Modena old town. Cosy and quiet. Parking nearby on public street for free with a card from the host.

Liked: - Location - It had 2 bedrooms - Efficient aircon - Good hairdryer - Host very helpful
Disliked: - No washing machine even though advertised on booking.com - Code for entrance never received - stood outside in 36 degree heat for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get in. Rang host finally, who was very helpful - 2nd bedroom small & poky - Furniture in the apartment cheap, old & uncomfortable (including beds) - definitely not ‘luxury’ - No lift - beware if you have heavy suitcases as it’s on the 3rd floor
Beautiful, updated apartment within a close walk to the Piazza Grande
Liked: The apartment was easy to find and was exactly as the pictures show it. Francesco was a great host and showed up within 10 minutes after we sent a message about something we needed even though it was late at night. His communication throughout the whole booking and arrival process was outstanding.
