Fabulous
Liked: Easy access and great location
Great location!
Liked: Great location overlooking the piazza. Clean, spacious rooms. Easy communication with the hosts.
Disliked: The phone app as the only key or way to get into apartment block/room and with No person on site, makes it hard to navigate. My phone died and i couldn't get into the building or contact anyone for a while until I got a charge from the restaurant downstairs (who were very helpful!)
Nice and cosy, there is everything you need
Liked: Nice and cosy, there is everything you need-small fridge, coffee and tea, shower gel and shampoo. Good lights distribution with strong and discrete lights. The keyless door opening is very good idea.
Liked: Great, central location in the heart of Modena! 15 min by walk to the central station. Clean room, with comfortable bed, good coffee inside and nice, helpful staff!:)
Great location, perfect for what we needed
Liked: Location, clean, space
Disliked: Not enough coat hangers No Iron and ironing board
Liked: Excellent location in the center of Modena. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, both for drinks and food. The apartment looks renovated, so it has a nice appearance, and everything was clean as well.
Disliked: The outside temperatures were around 35 degrees, so air conditioning was a must. The apartment does have AC, though not the usual wall-mounted type. The fan in the unit is loud, and from time to time, it starts making a noise like a compressor, becoming so loud. Unfortunately, we left the apartment without having had a proper night's sleep.
