  Liked: Great location

Disliked: It is listed as 2 bathrooms but by USA it was only 1.5 bathrooms. To most USA people 2 means 2 toilets & 2 showers

Clean and ready early, needs new bed

Liked: Staff were very attentive and helpful with check in. Location is ok. Walking distance to everywhere in Modena. The apartment was clean and air con worked good. 1 bedroom unit is on third floor with no elevator. Ok for us, may not suit others.

Disliked: The shower is a bath shower. Shower curtains have holes and need replacing. The bed really needs to be replaced. It is an old inner spring mattress and needs updating.

Liked: Very comfortable apartment- super conveniently located to the city centre. Well-equipped kitchen with necessary utilities, including basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt etc. Quiet vicinity despite being in the city centre. Very comfortable beds. Large windows that can be opened for cool breezes or AC available too.

Disliked: The stairs in the building were very dirty and dusty. Parking is public and outdoors- was a bit worrisome to find the space and unsure of safety.
