  Ideal location for car enthusiasts

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff. Ideally located for visits to Ferrari Lamborghini and Pavarotti museums. We had an evening flight and were able to able to arrange a late checkout,6pm for a fee. There is a very good family run restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which is recommended.

  Awful, unhelpful

Liked: We arrived after a 6 hour drive for an overnight reservation. Unfortunately as all 4 of us did not have passports, no other documentation presented was sufficient, we were refused our reservation. Very unhelpful front of desk. Paying up front also declined. No compromise offered. Front of desk and hotel very quiet, one wonders why?

Liked: This place is not up to date, the pool was overcrowded with families who took all the chairs and the rooms are straight out of the 70s. Pass.
