Liked: There was enough space for us, Roze from the office was super helpful. The flat is conveniently located in a quiet street just 2.5km from Palazzo Ducale. There is a dishwasher which was a really nice surprise as I did not see it mentioned in the description. There was enough coffee for the stay, All equipment was working properly. The sheets and towels were white and clean.

Disliked: The kitchen could have been cleaned better. There were supposed to be cosmetics, but for 3 people for 3 nights we got one 10 ml sachette of shower gel, no dishwasher tablets, no washing liquid.

Liked: A ground floor flat in a two storey building located in a very quite, dead end, street. Our car was parked in the street very close to the flat entrance, which was very convenient. Very well equipped apartment.

Disliked: There is nothing we did not like actually. Just a remark for the sake of the company that manages the property: it would be good to be informed about what to do with the garbage, since the street bins are locked and can only be accessed with a card that is not available to the guests.

  Exceptional

Liked: I had an excellent stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—right next to a park for running, a huge shopping center, and just a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the city center and train station. The support team was amazing, responding quickly via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
