  Liked: Location was great, very central, in a quiet alley. Small apartment but with everything you might need on a short stay.

  Disliked: Shower drain does not work so the bathroom gets flooded. Bed is on a loft so it gets quite hot despite the AC.

  The property is a short walk from the train station, super location, attentive host and good value for the price

  Liked: Perfect location in the heart of Modena. Check-in was easy and the host very accommodating. Very quiet.

  Disliked: The stairs leading to the sleeping area were a little sketchy.

  Liked: central location 3 min walking distance from the cathedral & main square, beautiful historic building & good size of apartment

  Disliked: We arrived and the sink was leaking and turning the bathroom into a pool. We called the owner & he fixed it the next day, this was positive. The bed & blanked smelled moldy & we had to keep the windows open to remove the overall humid smell in the whole apartment.

  Cosy apartment a few steps away from the cathedral

  Liked: Very cosy appartment, nice atmosphere, in a perfect location in the historical center. The bathroom is very modern, the bed is comfortable.

  Disliked: Everything was perfect, but if someone has trouble with steep stairs to the gallery bedroom with small steps, it could be troublesome for some, but it wasnt for us.
