  Liked: Nothing. The smell of sewage from the bathroom was awful. We contacted the agents and they agreed to refund us so we could find another apartment.

  Disliked: Sewage smell. A very basic poor flat.

  Liked: It's in the center, with paid underground parking nearby. Big fridge. Check-in was easy, all keys were deposited as described.

  Disliked: If you want to cook, the kitchen is barely stocked.

  Liked: The location is great - the flat is very central and close to everything you need in Modena.

  Disliked: The bathroom is unfortunately terrible. There is a very bad smell of plumping/sewege and mold. Old buildings in Italy often have a plumping issue but this is something else. Additionally, there are huge dark mold areas above the shower, this is absolutely unhygienic and unhealthy. When we alerted the accommodation to this, there was almost no reaction. This place should not be commercially rented in my opinion in the state it is now.

  Clean and comfortable stay near the main attractions

  Liked: The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable. 10 by foot from the train station and walking distance to the attractions and good restaurants. The accomodation is on the third floor without a lift, so we were lucky because we had a small amount of baggage, but maybe it would be a bit harderfor a people with big suitcases.

  Disliked: Not really a big issue: We had some troubles with the heating, but it was solved quickly and efficiently by the team.
