Happily recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area
Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Modena, Italy. The property was comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place enjoy our time in Italy. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the villa had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was great for exploring Modena and the surrounding area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to stay again!
Disliked: Nothing
Good for a short stay
Liked: The rooms is nice, location is perfect to explore the city. I am sure that if I could have the option to book upper floor rooms would have beed better (those were sold out when I made the booking).
Disliked: If I would stay here again, I would not stay in the ground-floor room. You cannot open the window (it is right on the sidewalk) and it is very noisy (everyone coming in and out passes by your door). Also you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes.
A most pleasant stay in a very interesting town
Liked: Quiet and close to the center and good dining choices.
Disliked: It really could se an elevator as we were 45 steps up to the room.
Liked: The owner is very friendly and tries to make your stay as good as possible
Liked: Great room in a great location. Lovely old property on the outskirts of the city centre, with only a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Good quality of fittings and furnishings. Would stay here again
