Fabulous
Very comforrable, but loud and not nice vicinity
Liked: The flat was huge and has 3 teraces too. It has a private parking place. So it was comfortable! We lived here like at home:)) Location was quite good.
Disliked: It was very noisy! Arround there were constraction projects and also just above our flat. So from 7am we couldn't sleep.
Liked: Very clean apartment, we had everything we needed. Little details but they made a huge difference, like an electric kettle, toaster, parking, clean washing machine, clothes pegs. The night time views were a beautiful surprise.
Disliked: Keep it up, we wilp definitely be back!
Liked: The flat was in a gated community which made it safe. Parking available. The flat is spacious. The area Montreale was nice and visiting the town was nice. Close to Palermo - around 20 -25 min drive to center or the Mondello beach. Nice place and quite compared with the city.
Disliked: The area is close to main road so can hear cars overnight. One of the bedrooms did not have an air con and was quite stuffy and two of the singer beds had spring mattress which is uncomfortable. It maybe a coincidence but the lady with the flat turned up 30 min before we drove away, while we were in the car before check out time, and went in the building without us letting her know we left so not sure if there is a surveillance camera in or around the flat- if there is any it needs to be communicated.
Liked: Very spacious apartment, 2 A/C, 3 single and one double bed + couch in living room. Recommended for families! Beautiful old town is 4mins by car or half hour walk. Its worth seeing it. Maybe cozier and nicer than Palermo old town as not crowded and no tourists.
Disliked: Coffee machine didn’t work. Also electriciity fuse switches off when 2 acs and washing machine are on, but no big deal as fuses are in the ground floor so it can be easily fixed.
Great apartment
Liked: It was clean, had a kitchen and washing machine, comfy beds, and parking. The host was very responsive and fast. There were 3 balconies, and the apartment felt spacious. We liked it a lot. You need a car to stay here, but worth it to be away from the chaos of Palermo.
Disliked: There was construction in the building that was really loud late into the evening. Once we informed the host, that evening it reduced drastically, and stopped the next evening. The kitchen table could be bigger, trying to fit 4 people and bowls of food was very tight.
Overall our stay was very good indeed
Liked: The apartment was very nice indeed and everything that we had been led to expect. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was a mini market a few minutes walk away which was also useful for everyday shopping.
Disliked: The location was not ideal, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of Monreale. Anyone with limited mobility would have had a problem as car parking in the centre is impossible.
