Exceptional
Great location but could do with a spot of maintenance
Liked: Air con was good. Bed and pillows were more comfortable than is often the case in Sicily. It was possible to make the rooms very dark. Sound proofing from the outside was good (but a small amount of noise from next door came through). Location was excellent in the sense that it was central, but down a quiet street.
Disliked: Not suitable for anyone who would struggle carrying suitcases up a tight staircase. The design focused on things like lighting (there were some rather flashy lights in the shower) but hadn't been maintained - there was a very ugly patch of discoloured fibreglass repair on the shower floor. The lower kitchen cupboards had no internal structure. Also every single thing in the fridge, including water, was priced.
Super comfortable in Monreale!
Liked: I was in room 103 on the top floor with a large terrace. Super comfortable room and bathroom. Coffee and tea.Minibar with very reasonable prices.
Disliked: You should be reasonably fit for the walk upstairs!
Fabulous stay in Monreale
Liked: Absolutely wonderful. In the middle of centro storico, near the cathedral, quiet, super modern room with built-in Bluetooth, wonderful lighting options, comfortable beds. Would love to return.

Liked: Extremely quiet, clean and comfortable place. Very good location for walk, coffee and restaurants in the old town.
