Owner was great at providing instructions for closest area to park to offload baggage and where to park for free overnig
Liked: Location in centro storico was perfect for two days of visiting Montalcino
Disliked: Property was perfect for two couples for two days. It is worth nothing that the two bedrooms and one full bathroom are on one level and the living space, kitchen, and second full bathroom are on a lower level accessed via a narrower circular staircase. There are entry doors to both levels from the street.

Liked: Location was perfect and the property was charming. Inside was warm, inviting and a perfect refuge. From our home base we toured the Val d’Orcia, a magical place kissed by heaven
Beautiful character property in a great location
Liked: Beautiful village property, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms offering plenty of space for a small family. Great location with everything Montalcino has to offer only a few minutes walk away.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. Small thing is that the free public car park is a 10-12 minute walk away, although for luggage drop off and collection at the beginning and end of your stay you can park just around the corner on Via Roma.

Liked: Very authentic, close to everything. Owner helpful.
Disliked: That I don't speak enough Italian to understand the parking directions for easy access. Also the day we arrived there was a bicycle race and there was only a few spaces available.

Convenient location, great host
Liked: It was cute, the main bathroom was nice, bright and big and the beds were comfy. We also liked that it had a washing machine. We enjoyed the welcome wine - very very nice.
Disliked: The main living area was a bit small and dark for our liking. We also wish there was a coffee machine and shampoo.
