Fabulous
Lovely place for a short stay
Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable and a very nice breakfast. Outstanding view from the room. Fair price.
Disliked: Bathroom with no heating (cold towels), very firm pillows. Hotel rooms needs some renovation (breakfast area very modern).
My Favorite Place to Stay in Montalcino!
Liked: This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it will always be my first choice whenever I visit Montalcino! The location is fantastic, right within the historic town walls and just a short walk from wonderful restaurants, shops, and the charming town center. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the views are absolutely breathtaking! Enjoying a glass of Brunello on the terrace in the late afternoon, while taking in the stunning scenery, is an unforgettable experience. Breakfast is really good, and having private parking is a huge bonus, even though spaces are limited. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

Beautiful views in a nice hotel!
Liked: Stayed in the superior room and the view over Tuscany is beautiful. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked very well (so slept very well). Bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was a continental spread which was tasty.
Disliked: It is accessible via car - and the hotel will give you parking permits for reduced rates.
Liked: The pool and the terrace and the view were just wonderful - we would have loved to have stayed longer! The breakfast was superb - so much choice - and the bar was great. Really friendly staff, huge bedroom, and the location in the town was spot on - just a short (uphill) walk to the main street (and close to the bus stop).
Disliked: Nothing!
