Exceptional
Italy 2026
Liked: Close to Multipulciano about 3 miles away. Short drive to a number of smaller towns in that area. Parking for the cars was under cover whichnwas nice for bad weather. Pool was small but fine.
Disliked: Room was very small but fine for one person. Limited storage for clothers but again fine for single person. Owners were very nice but husband spoke no english at all and wife was somewhat limited. Entrance is set back a little but right in the middlemof an "S" turn so blind corners on each side. Cars travel very fast on that road. No food available here as well.

Liked: We had a lovely stay in Montepulciano. The property has a beautiful vintage character, with an authentic atmosphere that reflects the charm and history of Tuscany. It offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the region beyond modern, impersonal accommodation. We especially appreciated its unique character and the feeling of staying somewhere with a story to tell. Montepulciano itself is a beautiful destination, full of history, picturesque streets, and breathtaking Tuscan scenery. A lovely choice for anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan experience!

Beautiful stay
Liked: This is a beautiful tranquil property to stay. Anyone who wants a peaceful get away this is the place. Nicoletta is wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.
Gorgeous views all around
Liked: The property is gorgeous and relaxing, amazing views all around. Very clean. The apartment is simple, but well appointed and functional, and we found it very comfortable. The Air Conditioning in the bedroom works well and cools the entire place, and you didn’t need any AC during the night despite it being the high season, The owner is an extremely warm and welcoming person and made the stay unforgettable.
Rustic and Welcoming rural installation
Liked: Very calm, in a rural zone. Very close to Montepulciano Downtown, about 2.5km or 5 min driving. You don’t need to worry about ztl or parking spots. Nicoletta is very kind and attentive. Although we don’t speak Italian, we could communicate very well.
Disliked: The bed was hard and pillows low. Needs improvement.
