Disliked: Can lose GPA in area.
Liked: A lovely looking hotel in an amazing location. Very classy and clean inside with good sized bedrooms. The swimming pool and surrounding area was a bonus.
Disliked: The restrictive reception hours. The rather basic served breakfast. The centrally controlled air conditioning system that failed to keep our room cool enough especially when the system turns off when the room is unoccupied.
Unforgettable experience at Montepulciano
Liked: It locates on top of a hill near Montepulciano, therefore Panoramic is true. Taking a sweet breakfast seasoned with dawn glow, sipping local wine with sunset glow, what else do you need? The manager's kindness is also beyond my expectation: the hotel is to be closed at am 11:00, but my bus time is pm 1:45, I had no place to go during this long hours, the manager alowed me to stay until when I prefered and also showed me where the toilet is...
