Exceptional
Liked: Value for money, being in the heart of Tuscany with sweeping views over the region from the pool.
Disliked: It is not walkable anywhere other than the restaurant on sight - which was delicious.! The room itself was basic and rustic, and no fly screens on the windows was a little difficult but overall the accomodation did the job.

Liked: Hello, we were staying in Mottepulciano in Agriturismo Podere Fucile..... Top welcome from the wonderful Cristina. She contacted me in advance and came to pick us up from the train station, which was quite far away! She also helped us with a taxi upon departure, she was always at hand ready to help! Great old Tuscan house! Living room with everything you need - stove, dishes, coffee maker, coffee, tea, water, and fireplace! Huge room and wonderful bathroom! There was no air conditioning, but there were two fans and the wooden shutters on the windows did a perfect job. There was an outside terrace with a table and chairs! The hotel is 1.5 km from the city center, but if you walk it is not far. A wonderful place to relax and rest! It has its own restaurant with great food and their own wine! The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen and with a wonderful view! Everything was top notch! I would come back again! Thank you Cristina for everything! I highly recommend this place! I give it the highest rating!

Liked: Great location - Pool was great, restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner, and the local white wine was absolutely superb and only 7.5 euros per bottle! Breakfast options and grocery store closeby (4minutes). Staff are super friendly! Ice was provided in the room, and there was a very big frig!
Disliked: Mattresses were hard/old, need to be modernized. We were there in a heatwave, and there is no A/C but we still had a nice stay. rooms are amazing, such an old building. it is beautiful with amazing views.
