Good
Absolutely great place to stay in Montepulciano!
Liked: The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. You need to climb a bit to get there, but that's to be expected in a hilltop Tuscan town. The receptionist was very helpful with everything, especially with parking - which was completely free. I simply loved the place, with all the fantastic atmosphere the hotel enveloped me. And when you step out the door, you are in ancient Montepulciano, one of the most enchanting towns of Tuscany.

Disliked: It wasn’t the room that was advertised. It was dark and dingy. The bathroom was so small.
Perfect location but not a great stay
Liked: Perfect location right in town center.
Disliked: The twin beds were uncomfortable. Like larger crib mattresses. The bathroom was small. The shower especially. The website photos do not reflect the room we received. The hotel is lovely. Our room smelled musty and the tv was not operational. We booked 2 nights and left after one night.
