Great stay, as advertised. Highly recommended
Liked: The property was wonderfully located a reasonable distance from public parking. The rooms are unique, characteristic, and interesting, just as depicted in photos. Host was gracious and helpful with recommendations. Beds were excellent and among the most comfortable of our entire two-weeks in Italy. Vouchers were provided for breakfast at a cafe a short distance from the property. The breakfast choices were both generous and delicious and the cafe had a great and upscale vibe. Highly recommended.

Wonderful B&B Experience!
Liked: Location and cleanliness were great; the owner is delightful and the room was spacious and gorgeous. Also appreciated the breakfast at Cafe Avignonesi.
Disliked: Really nothing - just be aware of outside noise during Bravio week but it was expected and also music stops at 1 a.m.

Excellent location with parking available
Liked: Nice old historic building located on the main street of old town. Very friendly host/owner. Convenient parking in a public lot a short walk down the hill behind the B&B; reservation required with owner, no cost. Make sure you take the road to the right of the town entrance gate and not the gate into the ZTL. Very large room and bathroom with small walk-in shower, large king-size bed. WIFI, A/C, TV, refrigerator and desk. Breakfast provided at a local café, limited to one pastry and coffee.
Disliked: The mattress was very hard, like sleeping on a wood floor, actually hurt to sleep on. Not a big negative but be aware that most Italian B&B’s / hotels air dry their towels, so they are stiff and coarse. Also, typical of most European hotels, they don’t provide wash clothes, we always bring our own. Shampoo and conditioner are limited, or of poor quality. Very limited number of electric outlets due to old age of the building. No luggage rack.
