Fabulous
Liked: Property was clean and well appointed. The location was pretty good but you definitely need a car to get around as it is a bit of a drive to restaurants, supermarket etc.
Disliked: The road to the property is only a dirt road as is quite bumpy to get to.
Liked: The surrounding was absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: Unfortunately the standard of the apartment and equipment was lacking and very poor quality. Apartment was full of bugs which i understand because it was a country site but its just a matter of installing nets in the window. We were lacking the friendly approach from the host as well.
Great location but lacking in maintenance
Liked: Fantastic location in the vineyards of montepulciano
Disliked: Pool had a lot of black mold in it and water was a bit murky, access road was appalling with potholes etc
100% Tuscan
Liked: A suitable location if you want peace and relaxation. Liked the location and the amenities (it has air conditioning and a washing machine), as well as its proximity to shops, the center, and restaurants(car needed) The host is lovely and available if needed.
Disliked: A downside for those who really need a signal, but for us, it was exactly what we wanted.

Liked: It had a swimming pool
Disliked: It seemed very uncared for and run down, no welcome pack, ie water, milk, wine nothing!
Quite and relax
Liked: Quite area just 10 mins car to montepuociano, supermarket and restaurants. Very nice pool, clean pool area and super views from everywhere. Big apartments with nice terrace. Ample parking and super hosts.
Disliked: Nothing
